A native of Los Angeles, Sonia brings a wealth of knowledge about many surrounding areas and neighborhoods. Her areas of expertise include luxury residential homes in Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Studio City, West LA, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Universal City, Toluca Lake and Encino. Sonia focuses on giving the utmost care to each and every client she has, and prefers developing lasting relationships with her clients which results in repeat business and referrals. She is tenacious, persistent and a tough but fair negotiator. Sonia graduated UCLA with honors as a political science major in 2010 with an emphasis on International Relations. Sonia first got her real estate license in 2006 and after 10 years as a real estate agent she got her Broker’s License and opened her own brokerage, S Curtis Properties in August 2016.
